Enjoy free UPS Ground Shipping (4-5 Business Days) on any order totaling $49 and above that is not bought on the Amazon website. If you do not meet this requirement, the flat rate shipping fee is $10.
Most outgoing shipping will be handled by UPS Standard Ground service. On smaller size items, the post office may be used. Because most of our items are so bulky, we cannot afford to ship with UPS expedited shipping services. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box with UPS as UPS does not offer this service.
No shipping is available currently for Hawaii and Alaska.
All returns must be authorized by R.A.W. Camping.
Returns will not be accepted without a prior authorization via email. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable “as new” condition. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an authorization.
R.A.W. Camping allows 30 days from the time of shipment to return an item for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. All non-defective returns must be in a resalable “as new” condition and are subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge.
If an item is defective within 30 days from the time of shipment you may return it for an exchange or refund. We will email you a UPS label and the package can be dropped off at any UPS store. Once our company receives the defective item, we will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you or issue a refund to your credit card.
R.A.W. Camping will inspect all return items before crediting your credit card or sending out a replacement. Whether or not an item is defective will be decided by our company after inspection. No credit will be issued for any item that is returned and is not defective. All non-defective items will be charged for shipping again once we ship the merchandise back to you. If you decide to not receive the non-defective merchandise back, R.A.W. Camping will consider issuing a credit less a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. It is strongly recommended that a tracking number is used when returning any item.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Returns will only be accepted with a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges, both ways, will be the customers’ responsibility. Even though we offer free shipping for orders over $50, that cost was not free to us.
Refusing a Shipment
All refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges.
